Flávia Cintra: an example to us

Flávia Cintra is a beautiful journalist who inspired Manoel Carlos to create the character Luciana in the soap opera "Viver a Vida".

Flávia was a secretary and a model in 1991 when she suffered an accident and became tetraplegic. She was eighteen and was returning to her home after a great travel in a holiday with her boyfriend. There was another accident on the road, he tried to avert and they had the car capsized.
Some hours after, Flávia woke up in a hospital and she couldn't feel anything under her neck. She was desperate and really angry.
After some months she understood that it wasn't a punishment and she could be happy in that way. She did all the exercises that her physioterapist asked her, learned how to use a wheelchair and how to do a lot of things by herself.
Nowadays, she is married and has twins. She works at "Fantático" and does lectures in companies teaching how to treat disabled employees.

THE BIGGEST FASHION TENDENCY

Nowadays the trendy for everybody is to be original. Men and women should choose what looks like good in the mirror.

Everyone can (and have to) wear his/her favorite type of blouses, shirts, jeans or shoes. There isn't something old-fashioned or prohibited.

It's only necessary to observe if that cloth or shoes make he/she feel great. If it does, it's perfect! You can't wear something that you don't like.

Fashion should express our personality. It's a big mistake to buy or wear a cloth or shoes only because it's trendy or because an artist was wearing on a TV shows or a magazine.

What is perfect in another person sometimes it's not for us. The high, weight, shape of bodies influence the final result of clothing. And the personality also do it.

Don't try to be similar for somebody. Wear only what you like and feel good wearing. Don't follow strict fashion rules. You are free to choose what you want to wear.

Before to buy something, think about it and try the product. Look yourself in the mirror and observe slowly. You should be sure that the cloth or shoes match with you.

It doesn't matter if that thing is trendy or all famous people are wearing. The most important is to like it.

The only rule is: be free to choose your own fashion style!
